2015 Glo CAF Awards: Aubameyang, Samatta, Etebo, and Oshimen Scoop Awards

Gabon and Borussia Dortmund striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang saw off competition from Ivory Coast’s Yaya Toure and Ghana’s Andre Ayew to lift the award at an event in Abuja, Nigeria on Thursday (7th Jan. 2015) night.

The Gabon forward won with 143 points with 2014 African Player of the Year Yaya Toure of Manchester City being named the runner-up with 136 points.

Andre Ayew who plays for English Premier League side Swansea City placed third with 112 points.

Chelsea Football Club's medical team says Kurt Zouma could be out for six months

Kurt Chelsea Football Club's medical team have diagnosed that  Kurt Zouma  sustained an injury to his anterior cruciate ligament during yesterday’s (Sunday) Premier League game against Manchester United. Kurt will undergo surgery in the next 48 hours and is expected to be out for approximately six months.
