2015 Glo CAF Awards: Aubameyang, Samatta, Etebo, and Oshimen Scoop Awards

Gabon and Borussia Dortmund striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang saw off competition from Ivory Coast’s Yaya Toure and Ghana’s Andre Ayew to lift the award at an event in Abuja, Nigeria on Thursday (7th Jan. 2015) night.

The Gabon forward won with 143 points with 2014 African Player of the Year Yaya Toure of Manchester City being named the runner-up with 136 points.

 Andre Ayew who plays for English Premier League side Swansea City placed third with 112 points.

Sevilla Fans outside the stadium Spain's top-flight becomes the second major European league to resume after the Bundesliga ahead of the return of the Premier League next week.
