Arsenal set to sign Nigerian starlets Kelechi Nwakali and Samuel Chukwueze

Arsene Wenger believes Arsenal have won the race to sign Nigerian wonderkids Kelechi Nwakali and Samuel Chukwueze.

Arsenal have agreed a combined £3m feewith the Diamond Football Academy in Umuahia, Nigeria, and are expected to complete the deal this month.

They have beaten off competition from Manchester City and Bayern Munich to get the pair who won the Under-17 World Cup in Chile in November.

The players have been represented by English agents, Stellar, as they have looked to move to the Premier League. They are due to arrive to complete the deals and will sign professional contracts at 18.
