West Ham wants Emmanuel Emenike

Slaven Bilic is close to completing a loan deal for Nigerian striker Emmanuel Emenike this month.

West Ham have offloaded Mauro Zarate to Serie A club Fiorentina, freeing up a place in their squad for the 28-year-old Fenerbahce hitman Emenike, who is currently on loan at Abu Dhabi club Al Ain.

When boss Bilic managed Turkish side Besiktas, Emenike played for their Istanbul rivals Fenerbahce; and when the Croat was in charge of Lokomotiv Moscow, the Nigeria international was at crosstown rivals Spartak.



Bilic said: “There is a new situation with a couple of our players might leave the club and if that happens then we are going to try to get one in - and Emenike is one of them (we’re looking at). But is not a done deal.
“Of course he is a good player. He is one of the players we have been linked with and we will see.”

Kurt Chelsea Football Club's medical team have diagnosed that  Kurt Zouma  sustained an injury to his anterior cruciate ligament during yesterday’s (Sunday) Premier League game against Manchester United. Kurt will undergo surgery in the next 48 hours and is expected to be out for approximately six months.
