Ronaldo wins Pichichi to equal Messi's record

RONALDO


The award was presented to him by Spanish newspaper Marca, as a recognition for the 48 goals he scored in 35 La Liga appearances for Los Blancos last season.

The Portugal international now ties with his perennial rival Lionel Messi with three Pichichi trophies each.

On the other hand, Lionel Messi bagged the Alfredo Di Stefano Trophy, which is usually awarded to the best player of the season.

The Argentine has won this award four times, one more than his closest opponent Cristiano Ronaldo.

Kurt Chelsea Football Club's medical team have diagnosed that  Kurt Zouma  sustained an injury to his anterior cruciate ligament during yesterday’s (Sunday) Premier League game against Manchester United. Kurt will undergo surgery in the next 48 hours and is expected to be out for approximately six months.
