Manchester United is set to miss out on Pjanic. Miralem Pjanic is about to sign for Juventus
imminently.
Jose Mourinho is reported to be a fan of the Roma playmaker but
the Portuguese appears set to be disappointed as Pjanic nears a €32 million
switch to the Bianconeri.
The fee is short of his €38m release clause given Roma are
unwilling to pay the player a 15 per cent cut of the fee, allowing Massimiliano
Allegri's men to secure something of a bargain as they target Champions League
victory next term.
The sale of Pjanic – also a reported target of Barcelona – could
have knock-on consequences in the transfer market, given Roma are likely to
hold firm on their refusal to sell Radja Nainggolan to Chelsea.
